AI engineering & software
AI agents that reach production,
not just a demo.
Anyone can build a prototype that answers questions. We build agents that take real actions in your systems — with the permissions, evaluation and monitoring that let you trust them unsupervised. Then we stay on and run them.
Fixed-price scoping. You keep the technical document whether or not you build with us.

Why most AI projects stop at the pilot
The demo is the easy part. What stops a working prototype from becoming a system your business depends on is everything around the model: which tools it may call, what happens when it calls them wrongly, how you tell an improvement from a regression, and who gets woken up when it fails at 3am.
That scaffolding is unglamorous and it is most of the work. It is also the part we have standardised — which is the whole reason our systems ship instead of impressing a steering committee and quietly expiring.
What we do
AI systems, and the software around them.
AI agent development
Most AI pilots stall because a demo that answers questions is not a system that does work. We build agents that take actions inside your tools — with the permissions, evaluation and monitoring needed to let them run unsupervised.
AI workflow automation
The processes that resisted automation for twenty years were the ones needing judgement: reading a document, deciding what it is, working out where it should go. Those are now automatable — carefully, and with humans still on the exceptions.
LLM & RAG integration
Getting a model to answer questions about your own content is easy to prototype and hard to trust. The difference is retrieval quality and grounding — whether the answer came from your documents, and whether the user can check.
AI readiness audit
A short, fixed-fee engagement that answers three questions: where AI would actually pay off in your business, what it would cost to get there, and what has to be true first. You keep the report regardless of what you do next.
AI chatbots & assistants
The bar for a customer-facing assistant is not "can it hold a conversation" — it is whether it resolves the question, knows when it cannot, and hands over cleanly when it should. Most deployments fail on the last two.
Custom software development
Web applications, APIs, mobile apps and MVPs — built by small senior teams on infrastructure you own.
Why us
Four commitments, in writing.
We stay on afterwards
The engineers who build your system are the ones who operate it. No handover to a support desk that has never seen the code.
You own everything
Code, infrastructure, domains and accounts in your name from the first commit. Leaving us should be inconvenient, never catastrophic.
Fixed price per phase
A paid scoping engagement produces a technical document and a fixed price before you commit to a build. You keep the document either way.
We will talk you out of it
If an off-the-shelf product solves your problem, or the answer is a database fix rather than a model, we say so. It costs us a project and earns the next three.
Free tools
Work out whether this is worth doing.
An AI readiness assessment, an ROI calculator, LLM cost comparison and an app store checklist. No sign-up, no email wall — everything runs in your browser.
You will be working with Bhupinder, directly.
No account manager, no offshore handoff after the sales call. The person who scopes your project is the person who builds it and the person you email when something breaks.
Start with a thirty-minute call.
Describe what is slow, expensive or breaking. If we are not the right fit we will say so on the call, not after a proposal.
